We chose J2 Santi to construct our new home in Western Springs in the spring of 2010. Our decision was based on their reputation for transparency, quality and collaboration. We were not disappointed. We tore down an older home and our new home was completed in exactly nine months from closing. The sub contractors were wonderful, the pricing was excellent and our new home is of the highest quality standard we envisioned. New home construction is, and has always been, an imperfect process requiring multiple inputs into every decision.
